IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses the intense pulses of non-coherent light for various cosmetic procedures.
Our Lumenis M22™ is a modular multi-application platform for the treatment of over 30 skin conditions and hair removal. The M22 is a non-ablative fractional skin-resurfacing laser, which means it treats the layers of skin under the surface without damaging the surface itself. Heat from the laser promotes collagen production, which helps reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It’s recommended that to really address the wrinkles three treatments are needed, however, just a single treatment can even out the skin tones, leaving the skin feel soft, smooth and plumper, especially around the forehead and eye area, where there is a definite tightening. Our Lumenis M22 utilizes specific wavelength ranges to deliver specific changes in the skin. Broad spectrum pulsed light is transmitted through a continuously cooled applicator, gently placed over the skin. Cut-off filters in the handpiece change the range of wavelengths, optimizing it for different applications and skin types, giving the skin a more even and youthful appearance.
